REMINDERS FROM THE CENTERS FOR DISEASE CONTROL:

  • There is currently no vaccine to prevent COVID-19
  • The best prevention is to not be exposed to the virus. COVID-19 spreads from person to person and can be spread by those who are infected but don’t display symptoms
  • Washing hands for at least 20 seconds
  • Avoid close contact with others -- stay home when you feel sick
  • Use of non-medical, cloth-based face coverings in some public settings
  • If soap and water are not available use an alcohol-based (60% alcohol) hand sanitizer
  • Visit www.cdc.gov for additional information
